From 1970 to 1981 he served in the United States Army, active duty 1972-1973, where he began his law practice, and retired in 1981 at the rank of Captain.  QM Capt USAR

Steve Taylor practices primarily in the area of worker’s compensation and personal injury law. Mr. Taylor is a graduate of Sikeston High School, Southeast Missouri State University and received his law degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia

He lives in Sikeston with his wife, Pat. They have two children and six grandchildren.
